What is Vita Biosa?
Vita Biosa is a fermented drink containing 8 strains of live lactic acid bacteria, organic aromatic herbs and prebiotics. It is natural, vegan and gluten-free.
How much should I take?
The recommended dose is 30ml per day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or before breakfast.
When will I notice the effects?
Everyone is different. Some notice changes in the first few weeks, but we recommend continuous consumption of at least 30 days to appreciate the full benefits.
Can I take it with medication?
If you take medication, especially antibiotics or immunosuppressants, consult your doctor before starting Vita Biosa.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes, Vita Biosa can be consumed by children, but we recommend reducing the dose to 15ml per day and consulting with a pediatrician.
Does it need to be refrigerated?
After opening the bottle, yes it should be refrigerated. Before opening it can be stored at room temperature in a cool, dark place.
Is it suitable for vegans and celiacs?
Yes, Vita Biosa is 100% vegan and does not contain gluten. It is suitable for people with food intolerances.
